En PIR PU Duct CNC Cutting Machine is a high-precision fabrication solution designed specifically for cutting PU, PIR Pre-insulated Foam Duct Boards. This Automatic PIR PU Duct CNC Cutting Machine is built with a rigid, heavy-duty frame and a mobile gantry design, powered by brushless motors for durability and accuracy.

Equipped with multiple cutting blades, it performs bevels, grooves, and straight cuts with precision, producing duct panels that are ready for immediate assembly. Built for modern HVAC manufacturing, it combines CNC control, advanced blade systems, and intelligent software integration to ensure fast, clean, and cost-effective duct production. 

Compared to traditional sheet metal ductwork, pre-insulated duct boards are lightweight, thermally efficient, and easier to install. The GFI automatic pre-insulated duct cutting machine maximizes those advantages through automated processing and optimized material utilization.

03 / Innovative Dual-Head Cutting System: Two independent 45° blades can cut separately for bevels or work together for 90° V-shaped cuts, dramatically reducing cycle time while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

04 / Diseño avanzado de planos de trabajo: PVC squared grid table with perimeter sealing gasket and dual-zone vacuum suction keeps panels firmly in place, preventing material movement during high-speed cutting.

05 / Sistema eléctrico y de vacío fiable: Independent control cabinet with cooling, plus two 3 kW vacuum pumps (300 m³/h each) connected through electric valves to ensure stable, uninterrupted operation.
