The air duct panel with an aluminum foil surface achieved a bending strength of 1749 kPa, indicating a highly durable composition that maintains structural integrity under challenging HVAC conditions. Even more remarkable, the PIR air duct panel with 200 micron pre-painted GI sheet surface reached a bending strength of 2002 kPa.
