PVC / Aluminum Invisible Flange Joint for Air Duct

There are a variety of PVC profile and aluminum profile we supply available to suit various installation requirements. Invisible flange joint (Invisible profile) and H Bayonet is used for jointing straight duct sections on the pre-insulated HVAC Duct installation. We supply two materials as PVC and Aluminum, PVC can make two colors as grey (regular color) and black, and three types for 20 mm, 30 mm and 40mm thickness. The standard length is 4 meters for each. How to Use the PVC / Aluminum Invisible Flange?

The PVC/aluminum invisible flange is a component commonly used in HVAC systems for connecting air conditioning ducts. Its usage in this context involves several steps:

01 / Selection of Suitable Size and Type : The first step is to select an appropriate PVC/aluminum invisible flange based on the size and type of the HVAC ducts being connected. Ensuring that the flange size matches the duct size is essential for a proper fit and connection.

Packing and Loading

PVC & Aluminum invisible flange profile is packed by plastic film, the standard length is 4 meters for each and 80 meters packed in one bundle. Like below photos:
